I am from the sunny shores of South Florida and have relocated to Tallahassee, to go to school at Florida State University. I am a Culinarian of baking and pastry. In 2011 I graduated from Lincoln Culinary Institute, formerly known as the Florida Culinary Institute. I am a writer and a foodie.

I believe the kitchen is the heart of a home. Whether a big Sunday dinner with the family, a candle lit dinner for two, or maybe a glass of good Cabernet at the end of a long day. The connections and memories we form while enjoying a good meal are everlasting.

Sufficiently Suffonsified is a saying a wonderful friend of mine explained to me after having just finished a satisfying meal. It was something her loving grandmother would say with a big smile as she sat back from the table sated from her own regalement. The image always makes me smile, as we all know someone who does the same.
